One of the recommendation here, Tsozum Tours maybe can come out few packages with different hotel types, customer can choose the hotel they prefer and just pay more if customer want to stay better hotel.

Tamding was our guide in Gangtok and surrounding areas and he was absolutely incredible! He was friendly, very knowledgeable, has excellent English and was generally a delight to have around. He showed us some very interesting sites and was open to suggestions we had about what we wanted to see. The day we were to go to Darjeeling the terrible flood hit the area, and Tamding had to formulate a new plan to get us out of the area. He consulted with friends, and with his own vast knowledge of his country found an excellent driver and accompanied us on a harrowing 10 hour journey to Siliguri. We told him he did not have to come with us, but he insisted because he said our safety was his commitment. We are forever indebted to Tamding for his hard work and dedication to helping us that day.

End of february 2020 we went to Sikkim and Darjeeling (India). We had the luck to have mr. Tamding as our guide! He is really the best guide we ever had: service minded, openminded, flexible and he "reads" his client. We are net so into "the most touristic places" and he surprised us time after time with special visits! Everything was really good planned, he was always on time and the most important: he is a very nice guy and good conversation partner. I would like to recommend him dearly! Next time we are there in the neighbourhood, Mr tamding is on our "wishlist".

The 8 days tour to Sikkim and Darjeeling was awesome. Tamding is an excellent and caring guide. He brought medicine for me when he knew I had a bad throat and even gave me a scarf to cover my neck when I was not feeling well upon arrival.
When we were in Darjeeling, he arranged with the hotel staff to give me an early birthday surprise when he knew my birthday was just round the corner. My room was decorated with balloons and flowers and there was a nice birthday cake for me as well. It certainly made my stay in Darjeeling memorable and comfortable.
I highly recommend Tsozum Tours to anyone who wish to visit Sikkim and Darjeeling. Tamding goes Above and Beyond to provide the best services for his guests and make sure they are well taken care of during the tour.
